  1. Access your club/team (‘organization’) in US Club Soccer’s registration platform, powered by SportsEngine.

Each staff member on this email who needs access to the organization account should follow the instructions below:

·         If you already have an individual SportsEngine/KYCK account associated with the email address to which this email was sent, log in to KYCK Play.

·         If you do not have an individual SportsEngine/KYCK account associated with the email address to which this email was sent, create one here.


Once you log into your account, you will have access to your organization based upon the email address matching.


  1. Review your staff and team set-up in US Club Soccer’s registration platform.

·         The registrar and president have full permissions by default, and as such, may add/remove staff members and set permissions accordingly.

·         If your team will be participating in a US Club Soccer-sanctioned league, please review the GUIDE: Team affiliation with a league, and managing league roster to become familiar with that process.

·         Moving forward, add additional teams directly to this account. There is no need to complete a league or tournament team application.


  1. Register your coaches/staff members via the instructions on the Staff Registration web page.

Pursuant to U.S. Soccer rules, current US Club Soccer staff registration is required of all individuals coaching, managing or working with US Club Soccer-registered youth players. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, all coaches, assistant coaches, and team managers assigned to a team with youth players, regardless of whether they are volunteers or paid staff, or registered with another U.S. Soccer member organization. Individuals that are not currently registered with US Club Soccer are not allowed to participate with US Club Soccer-registered youth players, nor are they covered by US Club Soccer insurance.


Being “SafeSport Trained”, completing the Sideline Sports Doc-US Club Soccer online triage injury course, and passing background screening are part of the staff registration process.


4.     Register your players via the instructions on the Player Registration web page. 

A US Club Soccer Player Registration Form / Medical Treatment Authorization must be completed for each player and kept with your team or club representative. This form can be found here:



5.     [Optional, but strongly encouraged] Attend a webinar for registrars/administrators in order to review the registration platform.
